Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • The Accounts Assistant will be preparing invoices to different customers
  • Preparing requisitions, vouchers and cheques as assigned
  • In charge of filling all payment vouchers and other source documents in proper order
  • Receiving, keeping, issuing, controlling of and posting approved petty paid cash
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports
  • Following up on accountabilities for funds paid out.
  • Assisting on debt collection and picking of cheques
  • Ensuring that proper authorization of transactions is done
  • Assist in the preparation of reconciliations/ financial reports

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Diploma in Accounting, or Commerce or Finance, or Business Administration
  • Completed at least 1 level of CPA or ACCA
  • A minimum of two years of direct and professional experience in a busy Finance function.
  • Strong Knowledge of Quick Books or Tally
  • Skills and experience in managing Project Accounting
  • Computer literacy skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Drives staff / delivers newspapers and parcels to various destinations as assigned.

  • Regularly monitors the distances covered, book the vehicle for service and ensure it is serviced as required.
  • Maintains a work book for each assignment and logs in the distances covered.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicants for the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer jobs must hold Master’s degrees or higher in public health, demography, sociology, biostatics or a related field
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in implementing monitoring & evaluation efforts for health programs in developing countries.
  • Knowledge of various methodologies for M&E along with experience with USAID project and performance management and results reporting is preferred. Computer literacy in statistical and database programs such as SPSS, Stata, EPI Info, and MS Access is desired;

  • Maintains records for participants of each Cohort of the FFP, the mentoring program participants and the alumni activities
