Knowledge, skills and abilitiesAbility to speak clearly in well-modulated voice with good diction.

Ability to read and write clearly and concisely.
Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees and the public.
Ability to organize and compile various data into effective reports.
Extensive knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word required.
Related office experience required.

Working knowledge of a variety of computer software programs preferred (i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe)
Must possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Must have strong mathematical skills, be attentive to detail and possess the ability to follow through on problem resolution.
