Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Nairobi
Salary: 35K – 40K
Our client is an agro-processing company that produces and supplies food ingredients such as flour, yeast, icing sugar as well as animal feeds.
They seek to hire a customer care executive to be the point of contact between the company and the customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Consult with customers about their product or service needs or their wants
• Analyze what the customer says they want and need then tailor it to what the company offers
• Troubleshoot products and services to best fit their needs and expectations
• Receive customer calls of requests for products and services
• Investigate what products the customer will need
• Be the liaison between Sales reps and the customer
• Ensuring customers are aware of new products or changes in price of products
• Liaising with Sales team in collection and credit control
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of a diploma in any field
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience managing customer database
• Proactive and team player
