1. Program Manager – (1 Position) – REF: PM/03/2016.  (Dadaab Office)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of refugee Operations (DRO), the Program manager is responsible for overall programme leadership, management oversight and strategic direction of program sectors for the CARE Refugee Assistance Programme (RAP): These sectors include Education, Gender & Community Development Services, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH).

2. Senior Gender Officer – (1 Position) – REF: SGO/03/2016.  (Dadaab Office)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Senior Gender Officer will be responsible for overall supervision of Gender Mainstreaming and Gender Based Violence Programming including Psychosocial Support within the Refugee Assistance Program (RAP).

3. Tractor & Machinery Operator (Driver) – (1 Position) – REF: TMO/03/2016.  (Dadaab Office)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Transport Officer, the Tractor and Machinery Operator will primarily be responsible for handling the specialized motorized equipment such as skip loaders, water bowsers and heavy machineries, tractor and any other vehicle as directed by the supervisor. He/she will at all times comply with CARE’s vehicle policies and regulations.
