Company Description: Leading medium-sized commercial bank that caters to both individuals and corporate clients.
Job Purpose: Responsible for growth and turnaround of Card Business. Marketing the bank’s Visa Gold Golf Card.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience required for this Role
- At least 3 years similar experience in a Banking Environment.
- Competencies required for this Role
- Knowledge in card Business
- People skills
- Must know how to play golf and have a network of people playing golf.
- Additional qualities:
- Computer literate – working knowledge of Microsoft office packages and banking information systems.
- Professional – follows instructions, responds to management direction, takes responsibility for own actions
- Time management – uses time efficiently. Meets productivity standards, works quickly and completes work in a timely manner.

- Fluent in English and Swahili.
