Future Options Consulting Ltd is an HR consultancy company which seeks to recruit on behalf of its valued client in the Trading Industry.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Keenly resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares and submits product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Significantly contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The Customer Care Assistant should at least hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Good CUSTOMER service skills
• Good product knowledge
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Broad market knowledge of the trading market / industry
• Excellent listening skills
• Skills in conflict resolution
