Since then it has had a long standing tradition of achieving strong financial performance while successfully focusing on efficient client service delivery.

Job Summary: The Branch Manager will oversee, direct, control and supervise the operations activities of the assigned branch to ensure that the service and experience rendered to customers is prompt and efficient without compromising controls. The incumbent is expected to steer branch profitability and growth process, taking into account the bank’s policies, procedures and future plans.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The ideal candidate for the Imperial Bank Branch Manager vacancy should hold a University Degree in a business related field
• Possession of a Diploma in Banking is additional advantage
• A minimum of three years’ experience in banking operations, authorisation or back office operations
• Working knowledge of the banking operation processes, customer service
