Key Responsibilities
 A clear English accent.
 Knowledge on telephone etiquettes.
 Proficiency with internet related application, interpersonal skills and other key Google applications.
 Advance understanding on customer care.
 Good Typing speed.
 Be ready to work according to client’s working hours.

 Typing speed not less than 25 WPM.
 A diploma in Customer care or Front office management.
 A degree in public relation shall be an added advantage.
 Ready to work within flexible working hours as per client needs.
