Job Title

Leader, Customer Support

May lead less complex customer delivery projects in assigned market to ensure the achievement of project objectives, on-time delivery and revenue goals are met

Resolves and troubleshoots complex technical/business operational issues for customers

Maintains ownership and account updates on escalated tickets until the issue is resolved

Performs high level reviews for assigned accounts on a regular basis

Assists in the development of high quality business operational plans to facilitate partnership execution

Executes analytics and quantitative analysis to measure progress and success of initiatives
