We are currently recruiting for our client in a leading HORTICULTURE company.

The Customer Service Executive will perform the following duties

Customer Service Job Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing the staff roster, weekly KPI (key Point Indicators) as per attached appendix for your team members
  • Overall team management as one for the common Goal
  • Efficient communication between customer service and clients
  • Physical check, Reconciliation and Maintenance Stock
  • Timely booking and updates to customers
  • Timely completion of work or assignments
  • airline bookings as per the laid down procedure
  • booking cancellations
  • present management reports as per schedule
  • informing internal stakeholders of flight plans and schedules on timeliaising with clearing agents on clearance and delivery of shipments at destination


  • Daily briefing in the morning with the team
  • Verifying previous days’ flight departures and uplifts
  • Receipt of space requests from the shippers
  • Load plan arrangements for daily operations
  • Online Bookings, e-bookings and Airline communications
  • Booking as appropriate
  • Booking Sheet Release
  • Pre- Alerts to the consignees
  • Trucking request and alerts to the Agents
  • Co-ordination between the Operations Coordinator on Duty
  • Post Advise and Scanning of all Export related Documents to the Consignee and Agent.
  • Must communicate relevant matters with concerned Departments
  • Flight Reports and weight and product analysis
  • Written Hand Over to Incoming Shift
  • preparation of duty roster and annual leave
  • weekly and monthly flight planning
  • identify and trouble shoot problem areas
  • analyze and ensure all system applications relevant to customer service in terms of processes and data bases are well maintained
  • ensure that the team is provided with clear guidance
  • report to the management on day to day planning of flights
  • provide functional and analytical support to the Operations Manager and the Business Development Manager in a proactive timely manner

Required Skills and qualifications for Customer Service Executive Job

  • A minimum of a college education at Diploma level and above in aviation /AIR CARGO
  • At least 3 year experience in a similar or equivalent position.
