About Compuscan CRB:
Compuscan CRB is an international credit bureau organisation providing credit risk services to the financial sector in Uganda under license by Bank of Uganda.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The Technical Helpdesk Operators should at least hold a Diploma in IT, Computer Science or any related qualification.
• Call centre or customer service experience will be an added advantage
• Excellent telephonic manner
• Working knowledge in Computer Hardware, Operating Systems, Networking.and Internet Connectivity Mediums,
• Proven and excellent working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Excellent communication Skills / Conflict Management
• Team Membership ability
• Personal Leadership / Ability to self-motivate / Organisational and Administrative skills
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
