Digital Marketing Executive
Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Job Purpose

  • In charge of marketing activities for the company (activations at the shops and supermarkets)
  • In charge of online marketing and management of social media accounts (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube),
  • Creating traffic to company’s social media accounts
  • Write, edit and publish blogs for company website

Principal Accountabilities

  • Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Measure
  • Develop Marketing plan for the company
  • To strategically advertise the products responsible for the overall strategy of social media platforms, related websites with a goal of increasing visitors to the digital platforms.
  • Development of action plans to penetrate New Markets-Initiate, coordinate, design and implement concrete strategies to ensure penetration into new markets in implementation of sales strategy as well as guiding the sales team on new markets to ensure profit maximization.
  • Develop marketing campaigns. To identify and map attractive sales areas and plan for marketing activities around the country
  • Write, edit and publish blogs for company website
  • Responsible for lead generation through Online and other medium
  • Plan, develop and implement digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising Manage all aspects of on-line retail marketing
  • Analyze social and online analytics to identify industry insights, lead-generation opportunities, trends and influencers
  • Monitor and manage social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube), categorizing inquiries, engaging users and generating reports on key metrics
  • Prepare presentations and newsletters
  • Manage the email marketing campaigns from content creation through to execution
    producing unique content to build a brand community and increase engagement amongst customers
  • Research and identify key beauty trends and news for content inspiration
  • Ensure that social media accounts updated in accordance with the website promotional and merchandising plan
  • Analysis of campaigns and website performance to ensure continued growth

Experience / Qualifications for Digital Marketing Job

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • At least 3years’ experience in FMCG with market knowledge
  • Energetic and aggressive with personal marketing experience with wide sales network.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A real self-starter, able to take initiative and operate independently
  • Experience in beauty industry will be a plus.
  • Quick learner, so that if not technical by background, can pick it up
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about the job
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills with evidence of written work
  • Passion for beauty and latest trend in beauty and digital
  • Self-sufficient, able to deliver with minimal oversight
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel and Word processing)
