Qualifications for Call Centre Agent Jobs in Kenya
- A Diploma graduate
- Computer skills such as an understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM must have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to give full attention to what other customers are saying.
- Ability to identify complex problems and offer solutions.
- Dependability and Reliability.
- Previous call centre experience a plus, but not required. Experience in customer care also an addition.Salary: Negotiable
