Qualifications for Call Centre Agent Jobs in Kenya

  • A Diploma graduate
  • Computer skills such as an understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM must have excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to give full attention to what other customers are saying.
  • Ability to identify complex problems and offer solutions.
  • Dependability and Reliability.
  • Previous call centre experience a plus, but not required. Experience in customer care also an addition.Salary: Negotiable
