Job description

 

  1. Ensuring the communication , planning schedules , appointments and meetings , reports are well organised .
  2. Ability to prioritise workflow and keep up with deadlines.
  3. Develop and maintain an up to date database of clients , shareholders , regulators and any other stakeholder.
  4. Arranging Travel documentation for staff members .
  5. Raising invoices , receipts and quotes for clients.
  6. Contribute in a team on projects

 

 

Key Qualifications and Skills

 

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  2. Knowledge of office and administration management systems
  3. Excellent time management
  4. Proven Organisation and planning Skills
  5. Interpersonal skills
  6. Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  7. Intermediary Accounting skills is an added advantage

 

Education Background

 

  1. Bachelors degree in any business and communication field.
  2. Knowledge in Key Computer packages .
  3. Accounting Knowledge is an added advantage.
