FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR-REF MOC/FOA/9/15
Moptions Capital is a Premier a non-deposit taking Microfinance company with a strategic plan for entry into the deposit taking Banking business within a year. The Company offers unique and exceptional services and financial solutions to various business enterprises. The company is therefore looking for a candidate for the position of Front Office Administrator who is self-driven, skilled and good at multi-tasking
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Register new clients into the core banking system while observing laid out SLAs and TAT while following KYC principles
Offer other customer advisory services to clients relating to their relationship with Moptions Capital while maintaining utmost confidentiality
Be responsible for receiving visitors coming into the company and receiving them in a polite manner and always having a smile on their face
Organize, screen and process correspondences and reports and forward them to action officers, while maintaining a tracking system for easy follow up.
Maintain and update the office filing system for in-coming and out-going mail including client records and manage the organization’s mailing system in an efficient manner
Managing and monitoring the reception area at all times as well as ensuring general cleanliness of the office and proper maintenance of office equipment
They should follow job etiquette and be presentable and present at their desk at all times during working hours. They need to have complete knowledge of the company’s business and its employees.
The Front Office Administrator also needs to be professional while on any call and follow telephone etiquette. They will need to maintain a polite tone of voice and keep the length of the call as short as possible, monitor all calls, and direct the caller to the concerned employee promptly. They are expected to answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and a courteous manner
An organization gets hundreds of calls every day, so it is necessary for the Front Office Administrator to be very efficient in their work and ensure that he/she offers delighting services to the clients as well as staff
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
The candidate should hold a Diploma in business administration, Marketing, Business Administration, Social studies, Public Administration or any other related discipline. A Bachelor’s degree in any of the aforementioned areas of study will be an added advantage
The candidate should have professional qualification in marketing, accounting or CPS
The candidate should have at least 2 year experience of office administration in a busy financial institution with direct interaction with clients.
Proven Proficiency in the use of MS-Office,
Strong interpersonal skills
