Insurance Executive-Trainee Primary Duties in Kenya
The primary task of an administrative assistant in insurance is to perform any administrative tasks as needed in an insurance desk. This can include;
- entering claims into the computer system.
- filing the paper copy of the claim, making copies as needed, composing letters
- answering telephone calls.
- Serve as the receptionist, greeting customers and serving them
- record keeping or the filing of routine personnel forms with relevant insurances
Minimum Requirements for Insurance Trainee Jobs in Kenya
- Degree/Diploma in insurance,PR,administration or any relevant field
- Experience in a similar position at least for 1 years
- Strong customer development skills
- Demonstrable computer skills/literacy
