Job Title: Interior Design Sales & Marketing Executive
Salary: 80K – 120K
Our client is a fast growing interior design company and they are looking to hire a well seasoned and result oriented sales and marketing executive to assist in implementation of the company’s marketing strategy, co-ordination of all sales and marketing activities as well as generation of new business opportunities.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Follow up leads generated and shorten the sales cycle
  • Identify and assist in the leveraging of business opportunities through networking and regular site visits
  • Coordinate the contract (RFP/RFI) tendering process:  prepare necessary documents, initial contract reviewing and coordinating modification to contract specifications and management of the contract throughout the project period
  • Prepare consultancy proposals, agreements, service level agreements and ensuring the completion of official engagement of PIL on all projects in a timely manner
  • Follow up enquiries by arranging for face to face meetings or other forums and communication
  • Identify and keep abreast with new trends in the business, including organizing visits to potential sites
  • On completion of project find out level of Client satisfaction and document key learnings
  • Attend relevant industry functions and gather market intelligence
  • Update the Company website regularly and social media information
  • Develop other communication collateral
  • Participate in Organizing and coordinating corporate functions such as group forums, conferences and other activities geared towards growing the business
  • Develop and maintain a client database
  • Build fruitful relationships with Clients to ensure  loyalty
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Commerce or any other related field.  Sales training will be an added advantage
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing for a services Company preferably in the construction industry
  • Detail oriented
  • Good time-management skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative
  • Good networking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with short time lines, schedule and prioritize projects
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to interact with all kinds of clients and consultants
  • Communication skills: Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Be a problem solver and results oriented.
