Head Chef

Should have a Diploma in Culinary Arts or Food Production and over 5 years’ experience in a busy restaurant working in the same capacity. Should be able to coordinate and supervise the running of the kitchen in line with the Restaurant Concept, with the aim of maintaining high standards of food production and obtaining maximum guest satisfaction. Should have the ability to manage a team and coach them to deliver quality services on a daily basis.

Restaurant Manager

Should have a Diploma in Hotel Management or F & B Sales and at least 3 years’ experience in a busy restaurant. Should possess excellent knowledge in the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage and hospitality profession to meet market needs and guest expectations.

Bar Manager

Should have a Diploma in Hotel Management or F & B Sales and at least 3 years’ experience in a busy bar. Should possess excellent knowledge in the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage and hospitality profession to meet market needs and guest expectations. Should possess excellent knowledge of wines, and cocktails. Must be flexible and willing to work long hours.

Barista /Waiters

Should hold a Certificate in F & B Service from a recognized institution and a minimum of at least One-year work experience in the same position.

Cooks

Should hold a Certificate in Food Production from a recognized institution and Two year’s work experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
