The TAM team is the technical interface to the customer, and as such, there is a high level of customer interaction – both remote and at the customer site.
The candidate would be the interface with a key account for technical issues at a local level.
As part of the overall TAM organization, the candidate would be expected to work closely with counterparts in other countries and undertake travel when necessary.
He will work closely with the local sales lead and support sell-in activities like portfolio presentations, trainings and ranging processes.

The candidate will be required to drive the technical acceptance of products and services with the local partners, including:
• Ensuring software is available in line with the agreed schedule
• Manage the sample process with carrieres
• Resolving defects raised by partners by taking logs, etc
• Managing the SW release process with the customer and drive technical approval
• Being the customer interface during the product launch phase
• Ensuring issues follow-up and general communication with customer and Motorola teams
• Resolving issues: perform customer specific testing, take logs, communicate with development/feature teams
• Negotiating with the customer launch impacting defects and customisation options

The role manages technical support for local partners, global product teams and local sales team including:
• Documenting and sharing technical information and long-term technologies
• Manage samples upgrade/verification
• Participation in technical trials/demonstrations for customer(s) and account teams

The role is responsible to drive the portfolio sell-in to partners including:
• Portfolio presentations
• Training activities
• Support local ranging activities
• Align local market needs with the global team

Essential Experience & Key Skills
