Position for an Administration Officer

Reporting to the Head of Administration, the Admin Officer will be responsible of comprehensive administrative services included but not limited to accounting, purchasing, and procurement, general administrative services.

The daily activities of an administrative officer may include answering/making calls, filing, assisting visitors, managing appointments and managing the daily office schedule among other duties assigned.

S/he is to assist the accountant with accounts receivable and payable, ordering of office supplies.  Additionally, administrative duties may include working on special projects, managing the office.

Minimum Education requirements: A Diploma in Business Management or Business related field.

Employment Type: Full Time and Renewable Contract

Remuneration Terms of Employment: Negotiable depending on skills and wits
