Job Summary:

Implementation of accounting policies, processes and procedures in line with the overall business strategy and objectives in matters relating to collection of premiums and management of branch expenses.

Administrative Officer Job Main Responsibilities in Kenya

  • Issuing of receipts for cash and cheques and ensuring they are dispatched to clients
  • Collecting and ensuring that the daily collection is reviewed by the Branch Manager/Branch Representative and sent to Head Office
  • Banking and sending all relevant documents to Head Office as per Company policy.
  • Reconciliation of statements
  • Ensuring proper customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Filing copies of receipts, monthly statements for agents, brokers and direct clients etc.
  • Administrative work
  • Any other duties assigned
