M.P. Shah Hospital is looking to recruit an ambitious and career driven persons for a vacancy in the following positions:
1. Sales Manager
The successful candidate will manage a team of Sales Executives, train, develop and lead implementation of Sales & marketing strategy to promote products and services to Medical Fraternity, consultants, insurance companies and corporates and negotiate contracts with the aim of improving awareness and maximizing sales.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of Sales Executives & Lead the development, implementation and delivery of sales targets as per sales plan
• Use the product wise customer data base, target list and masters to guide the sales team on identification and approach of target customers
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with Consultant Doctors & Medical Fraternity, Insurance Companies & corporate Clients.
• Identify, plan and manage the necessary need based market researches to gather relevant data in order to analyze, products, services, competition and trends and develop reports for Management
• Share monthly feedback reports from clients, to respective Heads of Departments and work on a clear action plan.
• Develop and implement programs and plans for communication and promotion of products, services, packages, plans, features and benefits to existing and prospective clients.
• Organize and manage events like Health camps, disease detection camps, CMEs, CSR activities etc.
• Develop and manage a budget for the Department
• Develop and implement a PR/Marketing/Customer Care/CSR Activity strategic plan based on the overall Company strategy to ensure that business needs are met
• Develop measurable and auditable Key Performance Indicators for Sales Executives and review adherence
• Participate in senior level management activities including development and implementation of Institutional strategic plan
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science from a recognized university is preferable
• Minimum of 5 years’ credible experience in sales from recognized Hospitals or Diagnostic centers, 2 of which must be in a Supervisory role
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, team building and relationship building skills
2. Sales Executive
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an annual Sales Plan
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with Consultant Doctors
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with Insurance Companies
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with corporates
• Conduct market, competitor and client research/intelligence every quarter and prepare a report
• Document and submit feedback from received from clients to relevant Heads of Departments
• Communicate new and revised packages to existing and prospective clients
• Participate in negotiations with prospective clients
• Recommend changes in product, services and policy by evaluating results and competitive development
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science from a recognized university is preferable
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience sales experience from a Hospital or Diagnostic Centre
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiating, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
