Systems Auditor

Reporting to the Internal Auditor, the incumbent will be responsible for continuous appraisal of the organization’s ICT Operations systems against internal control systems, policies, procedures and manuals

Main Duties

  1. Annual audit planning for IT audits
  2. Planning for individual IT Audit assignments
  3. Execution of IT audits and IT advisory engagements
  4. Evaluation of IT plans, strategies, policies and procedures to ensure adequate management oversight
  5. Identification of Information systems weaknesses, review of management plan for addressing those weaknesses and reporting on material weaknesses

Minimum academic and professional qualifications required

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology
  • CISA certification
  • CPA qualification is added advantage
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Information Technology audit
  • Ability to abide by the internal audit standards

Customer Care Officer

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for effectively and efficiently serving customers by providing relevant information and proactively Seeking to resolve service problems

Main Duties

  1. Attend to members enquiries
  2. Provide quality customer service on every experience
  3. Provide accurate, current and complete information
  4. Manage social media platform

Minimum academic and professional qualifications required

  • Diploma in Communication and Public Relation
  • Degree in Communication specializing in public relations added advantage
  • Minimum years of experience 2 years relevant experience
  • Good command of oral and written communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact and foster good relations with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS office suite of packages

Business Development Manager

  • Job Field Sales / Marketing

Reporting to the Head of credit, the successful candidate is to prospect for new members, retention of the existing members, and development of new product, promote Mhasibu brand, offer solutions and enhance service delivery to members. He/She will be expected to work with both senior, mid and lower management in pursuit of Society Vision and Mission. He/she must be familiar with Strategic planning as a key part of this job.
The ideal candidate must have a good knowledge of the market, the challenges and solutions in members’ service delivery.

Duties

  1. Development of New Products
  2. Retention of members
  3. Business Development Planning
  4. Provision of a well thought research on the existing clientele and products
  5. Management and Research

Minimum academic and professional qualifications required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business specializing in Marketing
  • Relevant professional qualification
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related field will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience preferably, 3 years of which must be in a similar position.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, digital marketing and presentation skills.
  • Membership in relevant professional body
