Ministry of Foreign Affairs is awarding Undergraduate Scholarships for Foreign Service scholars to pursue studies in non-English speaking countries such as China, France, Germany and Japan, as well as in the UK and USA. Singapore citizens or permanent residents are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Scholarship Award: Scholarship offers:
- Tuition fees and other approved charges
- Maintenance and other allowances

- Sponsorship of approved exchange programme and Master’s degree

Scholarship can be taken in China, France, Germany and Japan, as well as in the UK and USA.
Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:
- Singapore citizens or permanent residents intending to take up citizenship
- Strong leadership qualities and interest in public diplomacy and international relations
- GCE ‘A’ Levels, International Baccalaureate, Polytechnic diploma (with merit) or equivalent
