A Well-Established Company that Supplies Consumer Goods is seeking to recruit a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer for their Kisumu Office. The successful candidate MUST have 5 years experience in implementing M & E systems and be happy to regularly travel to Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities;
• Lead the capture, editing and packaging of program success stories.
• Facilitate routine utilization of the Company’s program data and promote continuous program quality improvement.
• Provide training to management and field staff on M&E topics as required.
• Provide technical guidance on the development, implementation and evaluation of pilot projects.
• Support documentation of lessons learned, reporting, and presentation at appropriate forum.
• Assist with program reporting and additional management activities at the request of the Country Director.
• Communicate and work closely with the Country Director Kenya & M&E Director in Cape Town, South Africa.
Qualifications;
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in social development, economics, international development or a related field.
• Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.
• Must have experience training others on M&E systems (data collection, interpretation, analysis).
• Must have experience leading and conducting surveys and using data analysis software such as SPSS/STATA.
• Must have excellent administration, communication and management skills.
• Must have excellent command of written and oral English.
• Possession of own car and valid driver’s license beneficial.
