Position: Office Assistant
General Purpose: To maintain the general cleanliness of the office and carry out other clerical jobs as assigned.
  • Carry the general office cleaning routines
  • Dusting of products
  • Taking part in delivery of products through delivery notes
  • Filing of Supplier and Sales Invoices
  • Furnishing the Office with stationery from the Head Quarters Office.
  • Any other relevant duty as maybe assigned.
Skills and Qualification
  • minimum of a diploma in business related courses
  • willing to learn
  • honest
  • taking initiative to understand a variety of products
  • any relevant experience will be an added advantage
