Position Title: Operations Administrator
Budget: Kshs 25,000
The main duties and responsibilities of the person are:-
- Making regular visits to supermarkets to check / push our products and prepare reports on the visits
- Manage the office.
- Draft routine correspondences.
- Prepare processes and follow up on administrative arrangements and forms related to the Company.
- Keep confidential matters of the Company
- Follow up and obtain monthly sales reports from supermarkets.
- Banking and payments
- Book keeping and reconciliation
- Ensure container custom clearance and deliveries are done as required and all receivables followed up and invoice accordingly
- Soliciting for new businesses
- Representing the Company in workshops and meetings
- Business related diploma
- At least one year’s experience in administration/ book keeping
- Basic understanding of accounting / reconciliations
