Pacis Insurance Company Limited is urgently seeking to fill in the positions outlined below

Position: Sales Advisors

Reporting to: Unit Manager

Other Relationships: Marketing Manager, Customer Service, HR, Finance & IT

Job Description Summary: We are looking for amazing, marketers to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company.

You will be responsible for marketing of various products for our company; Pacis insurance; Gaining new clients as well as maintaining existing ones, design and implement control measures and also monitoring plans for compliance and operation risk management.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives of the company.
  • Market penetration to meet company expansion strategy
  • Meeting company minimum production benchmarks
  • Attending key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Competencies Required:

  • Minimum O level and above or equivalent work experience.
  • Some past experience in marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing or insurance advantage
