Job Description

  • Maintaining ethics and professionalism.
  • Sales of all categories of drugs.
  • Correct interpretation of medical prescription.
  • Ensuring availability of drugs by alerting procurement personnel on running out stocks, customer demands and newly introduced products.
  • Regular stock-taking.
  • Training pharmacy assistants
  • Ensure stock rotation by adopting and enforcing First In, First Out (FIFO).
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned


  • Degree in pharmacy/Diploma in Pharmaceutical technology from a well recognized institution.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical organization.
  • Age 25  years and above
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Team player.


To sell pharmaceutical products over the telephone to existing and potential clients. To ensure that targets and standards are achieved.
Job Description

  • Contacting/calling customers.
  • Following up new customers brought in by marketing department
  • Gather and document information about the customers and the product.
  • Keep a diary of appointments, including dates for follow up calls from customers.
  • Take orders and arrange for delivery and bills to be sent.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by sales manager or any other Senior Managers.


  • Diploma/Degree in Sales and marketing from a well recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical Industry
  • Age 25 years and above
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Innovative and self- driven
  • Flexible and quick thinker.
  • To be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure.
  • Good in time management and planning.
  • Customer service skills.

Store personnel


Job Description

  • Removal and confirmation of customer orders.
  • Receiving and arrangement  of incoming goods
  • Inspection of all receipts
  • Storage and preservation
  • Identification of all materials stored
  • Materials handling
  • Packaging
  • Issue and dispatch
  • Maintenance of stock records
  • Stock-taking


  • Diploma/Degree in store management or procurement from a well recognized institution.
  • At least 1 Year working experience in pharmaceutical Industry
  • Age 25 years and above
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and posting bank slips and monies from clients
  • Till operations
  • Authorization and releasing goods after full payment
  • Disbursement and receiving of petty cash expenses
  • Updating Occurrence Book (OB)
  • Receiving cheques collected from customers
  • Making daily reports
  • Prepare money for banking
  • Orientation of new cashiers
  • Any other duties as assigned from immediate supervisor



  • Diploma in business management/ accounting packages/basic accounting from a well recognized institution.
  • At least 3 Years working experience
  • Age 30 years and above
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Assertive
