Experience in sales / customer service / call center environment.
Excellent communications skills in English both written and oral and a commitment to world-class customer service.
Strong working knowledge of personal computers (use of word, outlook, internet, etc.).
Strong phone, data entry skills required.
Knowledge of proper email etiquette and ability to compose proper business emails.
Effective listener and able to understand and relate to customer needs.
Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients in a way that allows for a comfortable consultation
Possesses strong skills in critical thinking.
Shows/practices a commitment to ethical conduct.
Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working as a team.

*Candidate must have home office with computer, high-speed Internet, and noise-cancelling headset with microphone, along with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other software (as may be required) in order to ensure productivity.

Main responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls to customer and understand their specific needs, collect additional information and documentation for processing.
  • Develop case reports for service providers.
  • Work with service providers to provide price quotation to customers.
  • Communicate multiple options based on customer request and needs.
  • Responsible for setting up appointments.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospects and customers.

Furthermore, you will have to have all the necessary hardware and software because this is a work-at-home fulltime job.
