Responsibilities for the Receptionist Job

  • Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Attending to clients and providing required information
  • Operating all office phones, Receiving and forwarding incoming calls
  • Recording all outgoing and incoming calls
  • Responsible for the office appearance
  • Receiving visitors and directing them to the respective stations

Receptionist Job Experience

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Ability to type
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Numeric, oral and written language applications
  • Residing along Waiyaki way will be an added advantage.
