Job Purposes:

  • Attend to all clients & visitors on the phone and face to face.

Receptionist Job Roles &Responsibilities:

  • Attending to all guests and clients
  • Arranging couriers and sorting of mails
  • Intray/OutTray Management
  • Keeping the reception area clean & tidy at all times
  • Screening phone calls
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Completing basic bookkeeping & petty cash management
  • Filing and record keeping
  • Any other secretarial duties such as typing of documents, scanning, photocopying and any other front office duties that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualification for Receptionist Job

  • Degree/Diploma in any relevant field
  • Basic Accounting skill
  • 1 year experience in a front office role
  • MS-Office Proficiency
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven individual requiring minimal supervision
  • Flexible as the demands and priories change

Salary: 25,000.00 – 35,000.00
