Attain Enterprises Solutions Ltd. is a medium sized Software Development Company seeking to recruit a Receptionist.
Reporting to: Administration & Operations Manager
Requirements
  • Diploma in front office operations or similar qualifications
  • Proven working experience in similar roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional appearance
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Responsibilities
  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Maintains a safe and clean reception area, straightens Board room, updates phone list
  • Receive, log and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain security by controlling access to the office
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Taking minutes during in house staff meetings
  • Perform other tasks as assigned and/or delegated by their supervisor
