Position: Receptionist / Secretary

Job Description: Our client, a well established IT company located in Nairobi CBD, seeks to recruit an eloquent, organized, time conscious, presentable and confident Receptionist with atleast 2 years experience to come and work in their company.
Our ideal candidate must be well conversant with the use of MS Office and particular emphasis is being laid on the use of Power Point.
- Atleast 2 years Experience as a front office officer or receptionist in a busy company.
- Should have atleast a diploma in Front Office Operations or any related field.
- Should demonstrate excellent spoken and written language skills.
- Should have proper knowledge in use of a computer, especially MS word.
- Should demonstrate excellent presentation skills with the use of PowerPoint.
- Must be result oriented and a good time manager.
- A team player and someone who is able to work under pressure.
