Tupelo is a reputable medium sized restaurant based in upper hill, Nairobi, Kenya and wishes to urgently fill the following positions:

Roles for the Secretary/Receptionist Job

  • Provide secretarial assistance such as – arrange appointments, schedule meetings, receive visitors, screen phone calls, and respond to requests for information.
  • Maintain and update files and retrieve relevant information as and when required.
  • Maintain database, visiting cards, address, telephone numbers etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, email and internet.

Secretary/Receptionist Job Requirements

  • Relevant Diploma/Certificate
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Secretarial Practice and Front Office Coordination.
  • Ability to multi-task, organizes, prioritize and communicate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, email and internet.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Well groomed, presentable, friendly and confident
  • Excellent customer service and good telephone etiquette
