Ensure a manual of human resources procedures is kept up to date and changes are communicated to all employees and volunteers.
Skills, qualifications and experience needed
Knowledge and experience of local employment laws.
High level communication, influencing and coaching skills.
Ability to develop and deliver learning and development initiatives.
Experience of working with different cultures and backgrounds.
